About The Coherence Method
The Missing Curriculum for True Mind-Body Vitality
In school, we learned math, grammar, and history — but no one ever taught us how our bodies actually work. How the nervous system controls energy, how hormones shape our mood and focus, how alignment impacts thought patterns, or how mindset governs every aspect of our biology.
The Coherence Method is a 4-week, immersive program designed to give you that missing education — and then some. It’s a retreat-style journey you can do from the comfort of your home, combining science-backed knowledge with high-energy movement, breath-work, and embodiment practices.

About Dr. Sophia Malkotsis
Dr. Sophia Malkotsis is a Doctor of Chiropractic, movement and meditation instructor, and holistic wellness guide. She believes that true health goes far beyond diet and exercise — it’s about understanding the intelligence of your own body, integrating your nervous system, hormones, and alignment, and cultivating a mindset that supports vitality from the inside out.
Through years of clinical experience and immersive wellness retreats, Dr. Sophia has seen firsthand that the most transformative changes come when we learn to move, breathe, and think in coherence with our biology. Her approach combines science-backed education, high-energy movement, and embodied practices, guiding clients to not just feel better, but to thrive in body, mind, and energy.
With a focus on accessible, retreat-style experiences, Dr. Sophia creates programs that teach what school never did: how to understand your nervous system, honor your hormonal rhythms, align your structure, and embody your mindset. Participants leave her programs empowered with practical tools, sustainable practices, and a deeper connection to themselves.
“Your body is innately intelligent — it already knows what it needs. Feeling more connected isn’t about fixing anything, it’s about learning to truly pay attention and listen to the signals it’s been sending all along”
